Crema D'oro is the creation of Guy Thompson, an innovative operator in the café and restaurant industry for over 10 years.

During this time he has owned four separate businesses which have all proved very successful. One of these, Rimini Café and Bar was the winner of the prestigious Café of the Year awards for both Sydney and NSW in 2000 and was runner up in 1998 & 1999. as well as a finalist for the "Seafood Restaurant of the Year" in 2001.

Guy's practical experience extends beyond operating cafés and includes consulting and writing 'how to' guides for other café owners and operators.
